CENTRAL
Arcadia: Elevation above normal. Largemouth bass being caught
with spinners and crankbaits. White bass good on spinnerbaits. Channel

Hefner: Elevation above normal. White bass being caught on spinnerbaits.
Channel catfish being caught with cut shad. Walleye are biting. Report

Overholser: Elevation above normal. Striped bass hybrids good on two-inch

Thunderbird: Elevation normal and clear. White bass good off points and
humps mostly by boat. Crappie fair on minnows on structure at 6-8 ft. Report

Wes Watkins: Elevation 1/2 – 1 ft. below normal, water 68-76 and very murky;
lake turning over with strong winds. White bass good on deep diving
crankbaits with blue/green/silver color along north shoreline at east end of
lake. Crappie slow. Catfish very good in deeper waters around dam area and
back west along main lake channel on chicken livers, shrimp, worms,
stinkbaits, fresh cut baits and minnows. Largemouth bass slow but some
larger ones being caught on worms, jigs, assorted soft plastics with many
appendages, sinkoes and slow sinking style worms. Report submitted by M.M.

NORTHEAST
Bell Cow: Elevation normal and murky. Largemouth bass slow. Channel catfish
fair on stinkbaits. Crappie good on minnows and jigs. Report submitted by

Birch: Elevation normal, water 70 and clear. Crappie fair around brush piles

Chandler:
Elevation normal and murky. Catfish fair on cut bait and stinkbaits. Crappie

Greenleaf: Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on deep
diving bill baits, purple plastic worms, jigs and worms along shoreline,
creek channels and rocky bluffs. Catfish good on cut baits and punchbaits on
bottom. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at fishing docks and brush

Hudson:
Elevation normal and murky. Largemouth bass fair to good on spinnerbaits.

Keystone: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on
spinnerbaits and crankbaits at 2-6 ft. at points. Smallmouth bass fair on
jigs and chunkbaits at 6-10 ft. at rocky banks. Spotted bass fair on small
crankbaits at 4-8 ft. along bluff banks. White bass good on rooster tails
and small spoons at 2-6 ft. at windy points. Striped bass fair on bucktails
and sassy shad at 3-6 ft. below dam when generating. Channel catfish fair on
shrimp and worms at 4-8 ft. in coves and creeks. Blue catfish fair on shrimp
and cut shad at 6-12 ft. on flats upriver. Flathead catfish fair on large
shiners and live shad at 6-12 ft. in riprap and bluffs. Crappie good on
minnows and jigs at 10-18 ft. at docks, ledges and brush piles. Report

Lower Illinois: Water 49 and murky. Largemouth
bass and spotted bass good on crankbaits, live bait and spinners at 1-5 ft.
along the shoreline. Striped bass slow on live trout and red fin at 1-20 ft.
in deep holes. Channel catfish good on cut shad at 10-20 ft. in deep holes.
Walleye good on crankbaits at 5-10 ft. at night in deep holes at night.
Saugeye good on minnows and crankbaits at 5-10 ft at night in deep holes.
Trout excellent on various-colored power bait, rooster tails, wooly boogers
and power eggs at 5-10 ft. in deep holes. Report submitted by MarVal Family

Oologah: Elevation normal, water 70 and clear. Crappie good on minnows and
jigs around brush piles at 10-15 ft. Blue catfish good on shad around timber
on north end of the lake. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits at 5-8 ft.

Sooner: White bass and striped bass hybrids good in the discharge channel on
sassy shad and topwater lures and fair in the lake on slabs and live shad.

Falls: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water
murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs and worms in riprap and
creek channels. Catfish good on cut bait on bottom. Crappie fair on minnows
and yellow and green jigs at brush structure and bridges. Report submitted

NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation normal. Channel catfish fair on shad and
stinkbait along north shore. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs near deep
brush. White bass, striped bass hybrids and walleye fair trolling crankbaits

SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Elevation normal, water 72 and stained. Crappie good
on marked brush pile at 12-18 ft. on jigs. White bass good using jigging
spoons on drop off at 23-30 ft. Bass fair to good using topwater, white
spinnerbaits, crankbaits good off points with some smallmouth being caught

Blue
River: Elevation normal, water 65 and clear.
Largemouth bass fair on grubs and jigs. Channel catfish good on worms and

Broken Bow: Largemouth bass and smallmouth bass fair on pumpkin seed grubs
slow rolling points and islands. Channel catfish good on juglines and
trotlines baited with cu bait. Crappie fair in the upper end of the lake on

Eufaula: Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits
and spinnerbaits at 2-5 ft. around rocky areas. White bass fair on slab
spoons at 8-20 ft. off the flats. Blue catfish fair on shad at 10-30 ft.
drifting the flats. Crappie good on minnows or jigs at 8-18 ft. around boat

Hugo: Elevation normal, water 77. Bass fishing slow. Crappie and white bass
fair on minnows. Catfish fair in lake and tailwaters on cut or whole shad.

Konawa: Elevation normal, water 76 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on
crankbaits at 8-10 ft. along points and roadbeds. Report submitted by Daryl

Lower
Mountain
Fork River:
Trout fair to good. The fish show a definite bias toward small flies #18,
and 20s were good. Zones 2 and 3 have been wadeable all day since the last
water release. Zone 2 has produced well for only a few anglers, and no
reports from Zone 3. The best stringers were reported to have been harvested
in "Lost Creek." Report submitted by Beavers Bend Fly Shop.
McGee Creek: Elevation normal, water 78 and clear. Largemouth bass fair to
good on soft plastic lures off of rocky points and on shad-colored, shallow
running crank baits on schooling fish. Crappie fair on minnows at 16-25 ft.
over cedar brush. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in

Pine Creek: Elevation normal and clear. Bass fair on red spinnerbaits and
crankbaits around points. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around flooded
timber. Catfish fair on trotlines baited with cut shad. Report submitted by

Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 76 and murky. Largemouth bass fair
from the surface to 5 ft. on topwater baits early and late, plastic baits
during the day fishing the weed and rock cover. Crappie fair on minnows at
8-10 ft. fishing the old creek channels with woody structure. White bass
fair on jigs at 10 ft. fishing below
Webbers
Falls dam. Blue catfish
good on fresh cut bait and stinkbaits at 3-8 ft. fishing the windy banks.
Flathead catfish fair on live bait on trotlines and juglines at 15-20 ft.

Lake: Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good to
fair in coves on spinnerbaits and plastics. Blue catfish goof on jugs with
cut shad or shrimp. Flathead fair on trotlines baited with sunfish or shad.
Crappie good to excellent around brush piles, bridges and the tower on
minnows. Walleye excellent around points jigging. Report submitted by Allen

Texoma: Elevation normal, water 78 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass
fair to good on live bait and jig combination bait at 10-20 ft. deep along
the riprap. Striped bass and white bass fair to good on live bait, slabs and
shad-type lures at 10-20 ft. from Alberta Creek south. Channel and blue
catfish fair to good on live bait, cut baits and worms at 10-20 ft. from the
railroad bridge north. Crappie fair on live bait at 10-15 ft. around

Wister: Elevation normal and murky. Largemouth bass excellent on
spinnerbaits around stumps and logs. Crappie good on live minnows around

SOUTHWEST
Altus-Lugert: Elevation 8 1/2 ft. below normal. Crappie fair off the boat
ramp on north shore (in Lakeview Campground); some small crappie also being
caught near the "old fish-o-rama." Striped bass hybrids fair from the bank
near the swim beach. Channel and blue catfish fair near the
Granite
Bridge at the north end of

Ellsworth: Elevation above normal and murky. Crappie good at Ralph’s Resort
on jigs and minnows. Catfish fair on cut bait. Report submitted by Mike

Striped bass hybrids good on slabs close to shoreline. Crappie fair on live
