CENTRAL
Draper: Elevation normal and clear. Crappie good on
minnows and jigs around structure. Largemouth bass good on spinners and
medium diving crankbaits in coves with structure. Report submitted by Tony

Thunderbird: Elevation 5 ft. below normal and clear.
Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 6-8 ft. around structure. Largemouth
bass good in coves around structure with spinners and shallow diving
crankbaits. White bass are being caught on minnows, jigs and medium diving

NORTHEAST
Copan: Elevation below normal and clear. Crappie good
anywhere off the rocks at shallow depth on minnows in Cotton Creek and off
Copan Point. Report submitted by Jason Cain, Copan Handi Mart.
Eucha: Elevation 11 ft. below normal, water 52 and
murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush and structure on lower
end of the lake. Largemouth fair on spinnerbaits off rocky points. Report

Grand: Elevation below normal and clear. White bass
good in river channels. Channel catfish good on cut shat at 15 ft. Crappie
fair to good on minnows and jigs at 10 ft. around baited areas. Paddlefish

Greenleaf: Elevation below normal and clear.
Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits. Catfish good on shad on bottom.
Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around fishing docks and brush structure.

Keystone: Elevation 3 ft. below normal. Largemouth
bass good on crankbaits and spinnerbaits at 4-8 ft. in creeks and coves.
Smallmouth bass fair on jig and chuck at 6-10 ft. in rocky coves. Spotted
bass being caught on spinnerbaits and jig and chuck at 6-10ft. in main lake
coves. White bass good on minnows and small sassy shad at 4-8 ft. in creek
and river channel. Striped bass good on jerk baits and buck tails at 2-6 ft.
below dam. Channel catfish good on worms and shrimp at 4-8 ft. in shallow
coves and in creek channels. Blue catfish good on large minnows and cut shad
at 8-15 ft. in river channels and the flats. Flathead catfish fair on shad
and sunfish at 8-15 ft. in deep coves. Crappie excellent on minnows and jigs
at 1-6 ft. in shallow coves. Walleye and saugeye fair on minnows and jigs at
4-8 ft. in river below the dam. Paddlefish good on big treble hooks at 8-15

Lower Illinois River: Trout good. Striped bass being
caught in the lower end of the Illinois River. Striped bass good at the
mouth of the river. White bass good from mouth of the Illinois River all the
way to Lock & Dam 16, both trolling and bank fishing. Crappie good at the
dam when the water is off and are also good near the lock channel on the
Gore side in the evenings. Crappie in Dirty Creek have been fair. Report

Spavinaw: Elevation 5 ft. below normal, water 56 and
murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around dam area. Largemouth fair on

Tenkiller: Elevation 10 ft. below normal, water 55
and clear. Spotted bass and smallmouth bass fair off main lake points with
deep running crankbaits or jigs at 8-15 ft. Crappie fair trolling mid-lake
to upper end on deep running lures and around brush. White bass good in
upper end trolling or on jigs, spinners or spoons on gravel banks. Report

Webbers Falls: Elevation 1 ft. below normal and
murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits along riprap. Catfish good on cut
bait on bottom. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around structure. Report

NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation normal. Walleye good along dam
after sundown on jigs and crankbaits. Crappie good near brush piles and in
upper end of lake on minnows and jigs. Channel catfish fair on live bait and
stink bait in upper end of lake. White bass good in river above the lake on
jigs and small crankbaits. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden

Ft. Supply: Elevation below normal and water 50.
White bass fair on jigs and spinners. Crappie fair on jigs and spinners.
Walleye fair on jigs and spinners. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger,

SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 56 and
clear. White bass are up creeks and hitting rattletraps and roadrunners
good. Crappie are being caught off docks and brush piles hitting minnows and
jigs good. Bass good on jig and pig, spinnerbaits and pumpkin worms. Report
submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: Elevation normal, water 67 and muddy to
murky. Largemouth bass fair on minnows and flies. Catfish fair on liver and
worms. Trout slow on super dupers, rooster tails and power baits. Report
submitted by Charles Baker, technician at Blue River Public Fishing and
Hunting Area.
Broken Bow: Elevation 10-12 ft. below normal, water
50 and clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits in the mouths of creeks.
White bass good on white and yellow grubs and rooster tails along Panther
Creek. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around structure and in the
upper-end of Holley Creek. Walleye good on rouges late evening and early
morning in the upper end of Holley Creek. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game

Eufaula: Elevation 5 1/2 ft. below normal and clear.
Largemouth bass good on jerk baits and plastic baits at 2-8 ft. around
rocks. White bass slow. Blue catfish good on shad at 3-10 ft. on the flats.
Crappie good on minnows at 2-10 ft. along riprap and around brush piles.

Hugo: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 57 and
murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits. Crappie good on minnows. White
bass good on jigs, grubs and small spinners. Report submitted by Wendell

McGee Creek: Elevation 1 1/2 ft. below normal, water
57 and clear. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic lures at 6-14 ft. White
bass fair on sassy shad and spinners in open water. Channel catfish fair on
juglines with live bait. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden
stationed in Atoka County.
Lower Mountain Fork River: Trout very good. Zone 2
and zone 1 good on a mayfly imitation, caddis fly, brown emergers, nymphs,
cripples, various caddis flies and nymphs. Report submitted by Sid and

Pine Creek: Elevation above normal and clear. Bass
fair around rocky points on plastic worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie good
around the old bridge on minnows. Catfish fair on night crawlers. White bass
fair at river shoals on white grubs and roadrunners. Report Submitted by

Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 64 and murky.
Largemouth bass fair at 3-6 ft. using plastic baits, spinner baits fishing
the weed, wood and rock structure. Crappie good at 2-3 ft. using minnows
fishing the weed and woody spawning areas. White bass good at 6-10 ft. using
shad imitation lures fishing below Webbers Falls and Kerr dams and fishing
up in the major creeks around the lake. Blue catfish fair at 5-10 ft. using
fresh cut bait fishing off the windy points around the lake. Flathead
catfish fair at 20-30 ft. using live bait using trotlines and juglines.

Texoma: Elevation normal, water clear to the south
and murky to the north. Largemouth bass fair to good on plastic baits at
10-15 ft. in the creek channels. White bass and striped bass fair to good on
sassy shad and slabs at 15-20 ft. in West Burns Run. Catfish fair to good on
catfish fair to good on cut shad at 15-20 ft. in Platter Flats. Crappie fair
to good on minnows and jigs at 5-10 ft. in Widow Moore Creek. Report

SOUTHWEST
Altus-Lugert: Elevation 14 ft. below normal and
murky. North shore boat ramp is high and dry. Crappie have been biting on
minnows. Striped bass hybrids are hitting right off swim beach. Report

Ellsworth: Elevation 10 ft. below normal, water 52
and murky. Crappie good at Ralph's Resort at 6-10 ft. on minnows and around
boat houses and fishing dock. Catfish fair on cut shad off rocky points and

Comanche County.
Tom Steed: Elevation 5 ft. below normal, water 52 and
murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows along the rocks. White bass good on
